Who We Are
Luxvibe PC is a US online store that hand-builds gaming PCs to order and sells PC components. Our address is 3001 S Washburn St, Oshkosh, WI 54904, United States. Luxvibe PC is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Orders and checkout: your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address and the details of what you order, including any build changes you ask for.
- Your account: if you create an account, your name, email address, password and saved addresses, plus your order history.
- Messages to us: when you use our contact form, email us, or chat with us, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage information: your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit and the date and time of your visit. Our web servers record this in standard logs.
- Cookies and similar technologies: small files that keep your cart and login working and remember your preferences. See Cookies below.
We do not collect your full card number. Payments are handled by our payment processor, as explained in Payments.
How We Use Your Information
- To process, build, ship and track your order, and to send order confirmations and updates.
- To answer your questions and give you support before and after you buy.
- To create and manage your account.
- To process returns, refunds and cancellations.
- To prevent fraud, protect our store and keep the website secure.
- To understand how our website is used so we can improve it.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We will only send you marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them, and every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-site behavioral advertising.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the store to work, and a small number that help us run it:
- Essential cookies: keep items in your cart, keep you signed in to your account and protect forms and checkout from abuse.
- Order source cookies: our store software records how you arrived at our website (for example, from a search engine or a link) so we know which channels lead to orders.
- Live chat cookies: if our live chat is available, the chat provider uses cookies so it can keep your conversation connected as you move between pages.
Our website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when the fonts load. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store, such as the cart and checkout, may not work without them.
How We Share Information
We share personal information only when it is needed to run our business, and only with:
- Service providers: our website hosting provider, email delivery service, live chat provider and other companies that help us operate the store. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
- Payment processors: to take payment and help prevent fraud.
- Shipping carriers: your name, shipping address and phone number so they can deliver your order.
- Messaging apps: if you contact us through a messaging app such as WhatsApp, your messages are also handled by that app under its own privacy policy.
- Legal and safety reasons: when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
- Business changes: if Luxvibe PC is sold or merged, customer information may transfer to the new owner, who must keep protecting it as this policy describes.
Payments
Payments on luxvibepcs.com are processed by third-party payment providers. When you pay, your card or account details go directly to the payment provider over an encrypted connection, and they handle that information under their own privacy policy. We receive only limited details, such as your name, billing address, the last four digits of your card and whether the payment was approved.
How Long We Keep Information
- Order records: kept for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal purposes, generally up to seven years.
- Account information: kept while your account is open. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
- Messages and enquiries: kept for up to two years after our last conversation, unless they relate to an order.
- Server logs: kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
How We Protect Information
Our website uses HTTPS encryption, access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to fulfil orders and provide support, and we work with service providers that protect data with industry-standard security. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your Choices and Rights
Wherever you live in the United States, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your personal information, unless we must keep it to complete an order or meet a legal obligation;
- stop sending you marketing emails.
Some states, including California, give residents specific privacy rights. We honor these requests for all of our customers. To make a request, email sales@luxvibepcs.com or use our contact form. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on it, and we will respond within 45 days. We will never treat you differently for using your privacy rights.
Children’s Privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
